The replacement host on it today was good. It's a conservative show if you're not familiar with it. He is really good that one. He writes for Washington or something but he lives in Hollywood and doesn't like it. I was pretty sick of it.
He was saying how Obama is going um and all and no teleprompter. That's what I think. The other host on other was saying what a good speech he had and I thought what? He said he didn't vote for him. Also that he was handsome and again I thought no.
He was really good that guy. Michael Savage is back and just about a comedian. I'm listening to it. I was mad at him and still am for thinking that the girl wasn't really raped by Kobe Bryant. He is ranting. Sometimes he says things and sometimes no good and I have to turn it. I haven't been listening to it.
I was just trying to get used to Obama. But I don't listen to him. The bad thing is I know the gloating in Hollywood. Those people are so conceited and all and its ridiculous. The DJ was saying he talked to many people there who were conservative but were hidden. I really have no respect for that but they are afraid.
He also said the guy one in Aerosmith not the singer I don't think had come out for McCain. I never liked McCain that much but it's not nice to be rude or to Sarah Palin I don't think.
I think it was McCain's fault myself and as they say difficult.
I don't think I have to be nice as someone else was saying the way they have kept bothering about Bush. I don't think they are that smart at all. I'm in Mensa and I know how people like that bother.
Obama talks like a telemarketer talking slow now. It is like one of the LA telemarketing things I thought where they tell you to make you voice drop at the end. He kept having his voice go up and down like kindergarten.

Kevin Cooper - Murderer - Not Executed Yet
This is in California. I should explain it to people not in the US or California. It was in a rather remote community reached by car. Mr. Cooper who is black had just escaped from prison and was hiding out in the house next door. The other thing I read said that he had been hiding in the closet. Legal bickering is still going on about his execution. The whole family was killed next door except a little boy who survived. Making a mockery of the justice system.
Kevin Cooper I thought he was executed. I thought I'd heard it on the radio he had been. He had a stay of execution. I am trying to look it up on Internet nothing of execution. Several stars tried to protest against the execution. There was evidence that he had done it. Gov. Schwarzenegger had at least refused a stay of execution before but the courts went on. The evidence Kevin Cooper insisted on being tested after it showed his own unusual blood type. See links below to Cooper Watch with info. He had also been in a mental institution but I am sure that has no bearing on the case.
Today 10/21 Gov. Schwarzenegger is saying that the executions can proceed now after court's findings. There is an argument on that. See the link here.
The thing about this that I looked at last night is that someone is lying. The info on Kevin Cooper's own page going on and on and those on his side is differing from the information on those of the side of the victims and the little boy who was the survivor. It gets very confusing. I have it straight now from reading it. I am saying that they must have twisted the info those on the criminal's side. Directly editing the information should be some kind of criminal act. They are taking the words of the little boy who had his throat cut and twisting it. He couldn't talk when he was first found. The Governor had looked over the information. It's too bad for them that the kid survived with damning evidence isn't it.
They are saying he saw someone else the boy but that was relating to an earlier incident. He said it was him and there is no reason for him to lie. These people keep saying he is innocent just because he was black. He went on to get a job on the boat and rape the woman. He was a rapist before. They were still trying to help him and him with the same smile on his face. But what's that between them friends? They said it themselves that he would be a monster then. The car was missing. Ooh, I just want to take that after I do that with the license plate.
I just looked at the Save Kevin Cooper site and I am almost crying. I can't believe it. The evidence has been tested and it came up with the little girl's own hair. Things are being screwed around. There was evidence of blood type as being for a black but too small to test for exact DNA. There was evidence all over. They are trying to grasp at straws over a shoe on the Save Kevin Cooper site.
The guy on the Save site writes how could one man kill four people and wound another. The evidence is there on the other links. He had a hatchet and other weapon. He must have surprised or overpowered the husband before he could get the gun which was unfortunately not next to him. He tried to help his wife but was hit again and killed. He killed the wife, it is easy for a man to overpower a woman. Then he killed the kids who had come out. They were only little kids and couldn't put up much of a fight. The other one had his throat cut and left for dead. The guy even seems to resent the "miraculous" recovery as he puts it.
The big coincidence of him having been in the house next door to the murders where blood was found. He admitted to being there. There is testimony from the little boy it is ridiculous. (ridiculous if they don't believe the boy) Then they are saying there were guns in the house. Well obviously they couldn't get to them which is too bad. Evidence is overwhelming that he did it. He had no car. He made calls for someone to come get him. They wouldn't come and he did it. There he sits in San Quentin writing.
Sometimes before I would wish he could be out and running around in Sean Penn's house.
This is something I copied before because it wouldn't come up on the Internet before. It is an article a reporter did that was living near the murder victims of Kevin Cooper. -
One Reporter's Opinion: The Innocent – The Forgotten Ones
George Putnam - Reporter
Friday, Feb. 13, 2004
It is this reporter's opinion that too often there is no justice for victims in the United States, that they are all but forgotten in the game played over the pros and cons of capital punishment and probation. This trend is unfortunately more widely pervasive than ever and none more so than in the case of convicted murderer Kevin Cooper.
Cooper was convicted of the brutal slayings of four people - Doug and Peg Ryen, their young daughter, Jessica, and Christopher Hughes, an 11-year-old houseguest. All four were killed with a knife and hatchet in the Ryen home in Chino Hills in 1983.
This reporter lives as a horse ranch neighbor of the victims and writes this column just two miles from where the murders occurred. This is a community that has given the Kentucky Derby horses such as Swaps, Candy Spots and names familiar to the equestrian fraternity. And none of us who reside in this quiet bedrock ranching community could have imagined the horrors that have befallen us.
Cooper was convicted and sentenced to die, but now at the 11th hour the battle begins to save Cooper's miserable life. The 11th hour debate over Cooper's case centers primarily on four pieces of evidence: a blood spot, a shoe print found in the home of the murder victims, a bloody T-shirt found near the scene, and a flew blonde hairs found in the bloodied hand of Jessica Ryen, the girl victim.
At the 11th hour, after 20 years of appeals and rejections, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals - most liberal in the land, most often rejected by the Supreme Court - gained a stay of execution. Suddenly they decide they need to do more testing of the evidence, challenging the DNA that proved Cooper guilty.
And who do you suppose is spearheading the move to overturn the will of the court, the will of the people? None other than Lanny Davis, the former Counsel to President Clinton... and along with him, the same predictable individuals who always appear at the last moment in cases such as this - actors Danny Glover, Denzel Washington, Sean Penn, Richard Dreyfuss, Mike Farrell, James Cromwell... and, none other than Jesse Jackson - they're all there to save the vicious hatchet murderer, Kevin Cooper. Here come the activists, those striving for their moment in the sun, and the mentally unstable... and all of them further confuse the facts in the case. But why did they all wait until the last minute when they had 20 years to put their stories on the record?
The facts in the case have been reviewed over and over again. Cooper escaped from the California Institution for Men in Chino on June 2, 1983. The murders occurred two nights later. He was in the process of being extradited to Pennsylvania in a rape case when he escaped minimal security at the Chino prison.
This known career criminal with a rap sheet a mile long, having been placed on minimum security (God only knows why!) climbed a prison fence, walked a couple of miles down Edison Avenue arriving at the Ryens' ranch, hid out for two days before the attack, and then he left a trail of evidence... * The tobacco he smoked during his hideout is identified as the only brand used by the prison inmates.
* Bloody footprints left at the murder scene came from shoes worn only by the Chino prison inmates.
* The DNA from the saliva left on his cigarette butts.
* The murder weapons taken from the neighbors' home.
Never has this reporter witnessed this much bedrock evidence pointing to only the sole murderer, Kevin Cooper. And yet, at the 11th hour, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals threw this bedrock case into turmoil.
Now come the charges by Cooper's attorneys:
* ...that the DNA evidence was planted by police
* An alleged confession by a mental patient that was later recounted and dismissed by a federal judge.
* Reports from a woman who told police that shortly after the Chino Hills murders, she found a pair of bloody coveralls belonging to her boyfriend. The woman later described seeing the clothing in a "vision."
* A statement by a man identifying himself as a former police informant alleges he overheard a Riverside County Sheriff's Deputy saying, "They got the wrong family. It was a hit done by accident. Cooper was the scapegoat!"
* The Appeals Court ordered testing to determine whether a blood drop left outside Doug & Peg Ryen's bedroom had been treated with a preservative known as EDTA. Defense attorneys argue that the blood could have been planted by the investigators or tainted with the preservative.
* The defense lawyers also said they wanted an independent laboratory to conduct testing because they lack confidence in the laboratories that have been used in the case.
And one's patience is surely tested when we find that the Ryens' former priest at the Roman Catholic Church, Father Chris Ponnet, has been leading the anti-death penalty vigil for Cooper, and has been fasting in protest.
It is unbelievable that last-ditch appeals could sway the courts. The newly elected governor of the state, Arnold Schwarzenegger, himself, refused to grant a stay! But again, it's the 9th Circuit Court, dominated by Judge Stephen Reinhardt who performed the predictable. And who is Reinhardt? None other than the husband of Ramona Ripston, secretary of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
All I can say is thank God for DNA testing! It points to one blood specimen: the blood of the guilty one... one match among billions. But now they are attempting to prove that that source of evidence - a preponderance of evidence - was either tainted or planted by the police.
O.J., they must have stayed up nights studying your case! And once again, the poor innocent victims are all but forgotten, as friends and family and Joshua Ryen (the only eye-witness and survivor, declines to be interviewed, and is living an anonymous life in a Southern California town), are forced to relive the horrors, the brutal slayings of those four innocent people 20 years ago.
They're all dead, those victims, and if the game continues, Kevin Cooper will outlive all of us. These fine people were my neighbors and lived only two miles from where I write at this moment.
I, myself, retraced Cooper's escape route and witnessed the horror of the murder scene with my own two eyes. You can't imagine what I saw that day! The brutality! The blood spattered everywhere! I remember many of my fellow reporters saying, "Let me at him! Let me at him!"
Never in my 70 years of covering crimes and crime scenes has this reporter been so thoroughly convinced of the undisputed guilt as in the case of Kevin Cooper! As the images still fresh in my mind flash before my eyes again, words fail me.
Maryann Hughes, the mother of the murdered Christopher Hughes, who was visiting the Ryen home when he, sadly, got caught up in all of this, said, "I don't expect Cooper to say he's sorry. I don't think he's about to meet his maker. I don't think there's any forgiveness in him. I just think there's evil in this world and Cooper is part of it."
What motivated Cooper in this vicious, grotesque murderous rampage? He didn't know the Ryens. He only needed their car to escape and found himself trapped without any means of escape. It wasn't robbery. It wasn't anything but a means of escape. And the Ryens stood in his way. These innocent, forgotten ones, in their own home, just happened to be in the path of a vicious monster - at the right place but the wrong time.
